Located outside Clonmel in Co. Tipperary, the Hennessy House features larch timber cladding on the exterior, with zinc used on the roof. The house employs a timber frame structure.
The house is accessed by a concrete bridge, entering at first floor level, where the living areas are located. The bedrooms are located a level below, integrating the house within the sloping site.
